A full rooftop solar array powers our processing, packaging and quality lab, every process at the plant but the reactors runs on on-site solar generation. Paired with the Selo Verde green seal for socio-environmental responsibility, it lowers the footprint of the products you formulate with.
Barium-free technology
We build corrosion protection without barium.
For decades the most common rust-preventive corrosion inhibitors were built on barium sulfonates. Barium is a heavy metal, and water-soluble barium compounds are toxic, which makes them harder and more expensive to handle, dispose of and regulate. Across metalworking fluids, rust preventives and lubricants, the industry is steadily moving away from them.
Our calcium-sulfonate technology, led by Dewox 193 D, is completely barium- and heavy-metal-free, and accelerated salt-spray testing shows calcium-based packages can match or beat barium on protection.
